Between sizes? For tops, prioritise bust. For bottoms, prioritise hips and waist. For swimwear and dresses, use bust, waist and hips together. Choose the larger size for more coverage, layering or a less fitted feel.

Fit by product type

Tops, shirts & pullovers

Bust is the primary measurement. Height can help with coverage and length.

Jackets & zip layers

Use bust first, then waist. Size up if layering over another top.

Dresses & tunics

Use bust, waist and hips. Height helps with length expectations.

Pants & shorts

Use waist and hips. Inside leg helps with length, not usually the size.

Leggings

Use waist and hips. Choose larger for less compression.

Swimwear

Use bust, waist and hips. Height is useful for torso length and coverage.

Accessories and one-size products

Sun hats & visors

Measure head circumference. Adjustable hats may still be listed as One Size.

Arm sleeves

Measure the fullest part of the bicep. The sleeve should feel secure without restricting movement.

Sun gloves

Measure around the widest part of the palm, excluding the thumb.

Face and neck accessories

Usually One Size with stretch or adjustable fastening.

Umbrellas and gift cards

No body size is required.

One-size clothing

Check the product dimensions, shape and intended coverage before ordering.

How to measure

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the bust while keeping the tape level.

Waist

Measure around the natural waist at the narrowest point.

Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips.

Inside leg

Measure from the top of the inner leg down to the ankle or desired hem length.

Head

Measure around the head where the hat will naturally sit.

Bicep and palm

For sleeves, measure the upper arm. For gloves, measure around the widest part of the palm.

Questions before you order?

Everything you need to know about fit, fabric, delivery and returns.

Fit can vary by style. Use the size guide on the product page and compare your measurements before ordering, especially if you are between sizes.

Follow the care label inside the garment for the most accurate instructions. Gentle washing and avoiding harsh bleach will help keep your piece looking its best.

Material and care information is listed in the product description and Fabric & care section where available.

Coverage depends on the fabric, colour and fit. Lighter shades can be more transparent, so nude or seamless underwear can provide the smoothest finish.

Dispatch and available delivery options are shown on the product page and at checkout for your destination.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days when they meet the conditions in our return policy. Please check the policy for exclusions and full instructions.

Many Aurelia Sun styles are selected with easy everyday wear and travel in mind. Check the product details for the fabric, fit and features of this specific piece.

Use the product images and colour selector as your guide. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, so small differences in tone are possible.
