We deliver to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore. Every order ships with tracked standard delivery, and the same delivery times apply to every country.
Delivery times
- Processing: most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 business day.
- Transit: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Total: generally 3–6 business days from order to delivery.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing on the next business day. Remote areas and customs checks can add extra time.

Where orders ship from
Orders are dispatched from China. Your parcel may pass through international and local carriers before it reaches you, so the carrier on your first tracking update can differ from the one that delivers.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. The first carrier scan can take up to 48 hours to appear. If tracking hasn't updated for more than three business days, email us at info@aureliasun.com with your order number.
