Shipping Policy

We want your Aurelia Sun order to arrive smoothly, safely and with clear communication along the way. Below you will find everything you need to know about order processing, delivery estimates and tracking.

24-hour processing

Most orders are prepared within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Tracked delivery

Once your order is on its way, tracking details will be sent to your email.

2–5 business days

After processing, standard delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days.

Our shipping promise

Every Aurelia Sun order is carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail. Once your order has been placed, our team will begin processing it as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or high-volume periods may take a little longer to prepare.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote delivery locations or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping method

At this time, Aurelia Sun offers standard shipping only. We currently do not offer express shipping.

After your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery is estimated to take 2–5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How shipping works

From order confirmation to delivery, we keep the process simple and transparent.

Order placed You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase has been completed.
Order processing Your order is prepared within 24 hours where possible. Weekends and public holidays may add extra processing time.
Order dispatched Once your order leaves our fulfilment process, you will receive tracking details by email.
Delivery After processing, your order is estimated to arrive within 2–5 business days.

Processing times

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of being placed.

Orders placed after business hours, during weekends or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day. During product launches, promotional periods or seasonal peaks, processing may take slightly longer.

If we anticipate a meaningful delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow a short period for tracking details to update after your shipping confirmation has been sent. Courier scans may not appear immediately.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact our customer care team and include your order number.

Delivery estimates

After your order has been processed, standard delivery is estimated to take 2–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier network volumes, public holidays, customs processes where applicable, weather conditions or remote delivery areas.

Incorrect shipping details

Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order. Aurelia Sun cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been submitted.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via our Help Centre. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, delayed or returned parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, with household members, reception, neighbours or your local delivery provider.

Parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or non-collection may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Any promotions, free shipping thresholds or shipping discounts will be applied according to the terms shown at checkout.
