Return & Refund Policy
We want every Aurelia Sun piece to feel effortless, comfortable and beautifully considered. If something is not quite right, our return process is designed to be clear, fair and reassuring.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and returned with original tags attached.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Our return promise
Shopping online should feel simple and confident. If your Aurelia Sun order is not the right fit, style or colour, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Please take care when trying on your items. We can only accept returns that are in their original, resaleable condition.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unmarked and undamaged.
- All original tags, labels and packaging must be included where possible.
- The item must not smell of perfume, deodorant, sunscreen, cosmetics, smoke or washing products.
- The item must not be marked as Final Sale, unless it is faulty.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
How to request a return
To begin a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping fees, return shipping costs and duties or taxes may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour or style, please contact us and we will guide you through the available options.
To secure your preferred replacement quickly, we may recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund once approved.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Items that have been worn, washed, marked, altered or damaged.
- Items with missing tags or removed hygiene protection, where applicable.
- Face coverings, opened skincare or personal-care items, where applicable.
- Gift cards.
- Wholesale, corporate or custom orders.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the item and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy in line with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
Return shipping
Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aurelia Sun cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
